En 2020 Antonio entró en el equipo de Profile Spain en calidad de Ingeniero asistente. Con más de 15 años de experiencia en el sector de la construcción, antes de graduarse como Ingeniero Forestal Antonio adquirió conocimientos prácticos en diferentes sectores que van desde el levantamiento de estructuras de hormigón, rehabilitaciones integrales de edificaciones hasta la aplicación de acabados. Joan es ICCP y se unió a Profile en 2019, consta con más de 7 años de experiencia en la redacción, planificación y ejecución de proyectos en España y el Reino Unido. Tiene una carrera profesional ligada a la ingeniería, la consultoría técnica y la ejecución de obras de infraestructuras y edificación. Su objetivo primordial es el de añadir valor y mejorar la entrega de proyectos y obras en términos de eficiencia y calidad. Para ello Joan se está especializando como técnico de planificación para el control integral de proyecto, desde la producción de planes de obra adaptados a cualquier fase del proyecto, hasta el control de costes, análisis de retrasos y optimización del desempeño de la obra. Joan es una persona proactiva y reconoce la satisfacción de lograr los objetivos marcados por el cliente. Nine Elms se encuentra en un área designada de regeneración de Londres con aproximadamente 40 ubicaciones de desarrollo principales destinadas a construir 20,000 nuevas viviendas y crear 25,000 nuevos empleos entre ahora y 2030. La Northern Line Extension (NLE) de Kennington proporcionará el enlace de transporte rápido y de alta capacidad necesario para apoyar el gran aumento en el número de residentes y empresas con sede en el área.

El proyecto para la modernización de la sede central en Reino Unido de la empresa farmacéutica Roche comprendía la rehabilitación de aproximadamente 12.000 metros cuadrados de espacio de oficinas repartidos en dos plantas, destacando la creación de nuevos espacios para el trabajo colaborativo y salas de reuniones modernizadas con equipamiento audiovisual, así como cafeterías y una completa remodelación de las instalaciones para fitness y cafeterías.
En el espacio de oficinas destacaba la construcción en el área este de una escalera con atrio en planta que permite el acceso a las diferentes plantas.
También destacan en el proyecto la creación de jardines verticales y la inclusión de elementos verdes en los diferentes espacios de oficinas que contribuyen a la purificación de aire interior y ofrecen un entorno saludable.
Miguel se unió a Profile en 2014 y dirige nuestra oficina en España. Es un Ingeniero de Caminos con más de 14 años de experiencia en el sector de la construcción, inicialmente formando parte de grandes empresas Constructoras y posteriormente especializándose en el ámbito de la consultoría e ingeniería en Reino Unido.
Tim tiene más de 30 años de experiencia en la industria de la construcción, y se unió a Profile en 2003, convirtiéndose en Director en 2005. Es un profesional de la construcción, con experiencia en todas las facetas de la programación de proyectos en una variedad de sectores, desde las evaluaciones estratégicas iniciales hasta la producción y el monitoreo de las etapas de diseño, adquisición y luego construcción, tanto para clientes profesionales como usuarios finales, así como contratistas y contratistas comerciales especializados.
