PROJECT MINT – O2 OUTLET SHOPPING

Formally known as the Millenium Dome, The O2 Arena awarded the construction of a state of the art – outlet shopping facility, providing over 80 new retail outlets over a combined area of 400,000 sq. ft, with the vision of connecting the outer circle which has been dormant since the closure of the Millenium Dome.

Profile’s Role

Profile’s role at Project Mint was initially to provide planning support to ISG’s existing Senior Planner and project team.

Profile’s role then further developed into taking overall control of the management of both the Construction and Target programmes including regular progress reporting and site walks which were reported back to the project management team and client.
